Poor Weather Policy
During poor winter weather, please listen to CFRY (920AM and 93.1FM) or Mix 96.5 FM to see if buses or classes are cancelled. They will have a report out by 7:30AM. We would like to keep our phone lines open in case of emergencies at these times. Wind-chill temperatures approaching -45°C may result in school closure. Just a reminder that -27°C is the temperature at which we keep students indoor for recess and lunch (this includes the wind-chill temperature).
All students are expected to get outside for fresh air at recess times so please make sure they are bundled up warmly for school.
